1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Good Boy website, online store, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by NRL Food Group, LLC, doing business as Good Boy ("Good Boy," "we," "us," or "our"). Our ecommerce store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make purchases through the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account. Please provide accurate, current information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Products, Availability, and Presentation

We work to describe and display products accurately. Colors, proportions, packaging, and other details may appear differently depending on your device or may change as products evolve. We do not guarantee that every product, size, color, collection, or quantity will remain available.

Products may be offered in limited quantities, through limited releases, or subject to purchase limits. We may modify, discontinue, restock, or decline to restock products at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown as required during checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is accepted.

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. A payment authorization or order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have finally accepted the order.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory discrepancies, pricing or listing errors, duplicate orders, suspected resale abuse, violation of purchase limits, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once fulfillment has begun.

6. Limited Releases and Purchase Limits

Good Boy Outfitters and other Good Boy products may be released in limited quantities. We may establish per-person, per-household, per-address, per-payment-method, or other reasonable purchase limits. We may cancel orders that we reasonably determine are intended to circumvent those limits or are associated with fraudulent or abusive purchasing activity.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are presented at checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, address issues, high-volume releases, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss and title will pass as provided by applicable law and the applicable shipping arrangement. 8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Return & Exchange Policy posted on the Services at the time of purchase, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Certain items may be final sale where clearly disclosed and permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

Purchased Good Boy gift cards and promotional credits, bonus value, discounts, or rewards may be subject to different terms. Purchased gift-card value will be administered in accordance with applicable law. Promotional or complimentary value may have separate restrictions or expiration terms where legally permitted and clearly disclosed. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

10. Promotions, Giveaways, and Special Offers

Promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, launch offers, and special events may be governed by separate rules or conditions. If separate rules conflict with these Terms regarding a specific promotion, the specific promotion rules control for that promotion.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents are owned by or licensed to Good Boy and are protected by intellectual-property laws. This includes, without limitation, the Good Boy and Good Boy Outfitters names and branding, logos, slogans, characters, artwork, illustrations, photography, video, packaging designs, website design, product graphics, text, and other creative materials, including Good Boy character and entertainment properties such as Hank and Dog World to the extent owned or controlled by Good Boy.

Except as expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, scrape, or use Good Boy intellectual property in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

12. Reviews, Submissions, and User Content

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion, or other content to us through a feature that permits submissions, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law. To the extent permitted by law and described at the point of submission, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving Good Boy and the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

13. Prohibited Uses

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Interfere with, damage, overload, probe, or circumvent the security or operation of the Services.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or unauthorized scraping tools.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or payment authority.
• Copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or Good Boy content except as authorized.
• Use bots or automated purchasing methods in a manner that circumvents purchase limits or materially disrupts fair access to limited releases.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Good Boy Privacy Policy. Please review that policy before using the Services.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT EXCLUDE WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOOD BOY, NRL FOOD GROUP, LLC, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. ANY LIMITATION WILL APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NRL Food Group, LLC, Good Boy, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

19. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms and update the 'Last updated' date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date unless otherwise permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive any non-waivable consumer rights.

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Good Boy regarding use of the Services, subject to any separate written agreement that expressly applies.
